When you complete the application on this site we collect your name, company name, phone number, email address, a description of the equipment and its cost, the term and structure you are considering, the vendor if you have one, your business legal name, address and years in business, and any equipment invoice or quote you choose to attach. Optional attachments are retained for 30 days so our team can review them with the application.
The application collects only the business and equipment details listed above. Any information required later in the financing process is collected directly and not through this site.
If you begin the application and leave before finishing, the information you had already entered is saved so we can follow up. You can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details below.
Our web host records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type as part of serving and protecting the site.
To respond to you and to evaluate the request.
We use what you submit to contact you about your inquiry, to evaluate the financing request, and to prepare terms. With your authorization we obtain business credit information needed to evaluate the request. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Website submissions are held for seven days.
Information submitted through this website is retained in our web systems for seven days and then deleted automatically. If your inquiry becomes an active transaction, the information moves into our business records and is retained under our normal record-keeping practices and applicable law.

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage to keep your progress through the application and, if you arrived from one of our email campaigns, to connect your inquiry to that campaign. You can block or clear these in your browser; the application will still work, though it may not remember your progress.
